Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping

Our shipping timeline is 2-3 business days from purchase unless otherwise indicated in the product listing.

Shipping is a flat $4.99 for purchases under $60. All purchases over $60 ship for free in the USA. 

Shipping to the USA only. 

We reserve the right to combine purchases and ship together without refunding shipping charges.

Return & Exchange Policy

We hope you love your purchases however if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your unworn/unwashed products:

  • with tags attached, if there were any,
  • original product bags.
  • within 7 days of the purchase delivery date
  • plus include a copy of your original invoice
  • Customer is responsible for shipping item(s) back to us unless other arrangements have been made/offered (this applies to damaged items only)

Include your Invoice Number & the Item(s) you would like to return/exchange to make the process go faster.

Once approved, we will email you an RMA# for your return/exchange. 

NON-RETURNABLE/NON-REFUNDABLE: All Nail Wraps are non-refundable and non-returnable

7 DAYS

Returns: You may request a refund as long as the request is sent within 7 days of your purchase delivery date, & the items must meet our return criteria mentioned in this policy. After those 7 days all requests for a refund will receive shop credit.

14 DAYS

All Returns & Exchanges must be received within 14 days of the purchase delivery date. After that returns, exchanges and refunds are not accepted.

Refunds will be processed using the same payment type that was used for the Purchase. Please allow 3-7 business days to see funds back into your account.

  • If exchanging we will hold (pull it from inventory) the exchanged item for you for 7 days (we can't "hold" a sale price if the exchange item is currently on sale at the time it's being placed on hold ) & if we haven't received your return within 7 days of the request the held item(s) will go back in inventory.
  • If you want to exchange we need to know:
  • what item(s) you want to exchange for with in 24hrs of the RMA email being sent.
  • We will pull & hold the item(s) from our inventory for you.
  • If an item costs more than the item you are returning you will be sent a Paypal invoice for the difference in price.
  • This invoice needs to be paid within 24 hours.
  • Exchanged item(s) are shipped back to you for Free, one time per order / item.
  • We can not place a "Hold" for an Exchange on a *Special Pricing item aka Pre-Order, All sales final items or Deal Site Orders. You will need to wait 'till your Return is Processed & use the Store Credit (Gift Certificate) to purchase if you want. We suggest you subscribe to our newsletter, as new releases are promoted in our newsletter first before Social Media.
  • Return & Exchange shipping costs are your responsibility as the customer unless other arrangements have been made by the Return & Exchange Dept. If a label is sent to you to return a Defective item & you choose to not have it replaced we will only refund you for the Product price that you paid, Shipping Not included.
  • Any Returned or Exchanged item(s) that arrive in worn condition & or washed condition will not receive a refund & the worn/washed product(s) will be shipped back.
  • Returns & Exchanges could take up to 7 business days to process but are typically processed within 2-4 days.
  • If you purchase an item(s) at reg. price or on sale & then the item(s) goes on sale & or a discount applies to it we allow a 3 day window from the date of purchase for a price adjustment - store credit. (this does not apply to items in Last Chance Deals Section nor items that get moved into the Last Chance Deals Section) You will receive store credit for price adjustments & have 30 days to use that credit. You have to e-mail us within your 3 day window.
  • If item(s) purchased were clearance items or any other item(s) marked: "All Sales Final" including items in the Last Chance, Clearance Section, etc where the prices are marked extremely low, there are no returns,exchanges or shop credit offered on these items. These are all sales final. 
  • We cannot guarantee that the same item(s) you are exchanging will be in stock (because we order limited quantities) in a different size/color. If this happens, you will receive in store credit or we can suggest another item(s) at equal or less value. We are always adding new products
  • No Refunds on Gift Certificates/Cards
  • **Giveaway item(s) are non-refundable (They were FREE) & if there is a Return/Exchange on the product(s) it is the customer's responsibility for shipping costs unless the product(s) has a Manf. defect. **Size exchange only. We make No Guarantee that we will have the size you are exchanging for.

 

DAMAGED/ DEFECTIVE/ INCORRECT ORDERS:

Our team checks for any damages or defective areas before shipping them out to you and also checks to ensure all items are packed in the order, but we are human and know that we sometimes make mistakes.


Damages must be reported to us prior to wearing the garment. Tags must still be attached.
All reports must be made within 3 days of receiving your order or it will not be accepted.
Please contact us immediately at hello@saltedavenue.com and provide us with a picture of the damaged/defective area or the item(s) you believe are missing from your order. Please include your first and last name and order number.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES:

Ownership of packages is turned over to USPS transfers to the buyer once shipped. We are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info. Shipping is a service you purchase from USPS along with your order from us, so any shipping issues must be handled by USPS.
